Hıristilloz
GÖRÜNÜM
It usually consists of bright yellow layers on the bottom and vibrant red or pink layers on top. It is cut from large blocks with a knife and eaten by hand between paper.
İÇERİK
İrmik, şeker ve su. Bazen içine çok az gülsuyu. Fırınlanmaz, tencerede pişip tepside dondurulur. Dokusu helva ile jöle arasındadır; ne çok sert ne çok yumuşak.
STATÜ
Eskiden her okul çıkışında seyyar satıcılarda bulunan Hıristilloz, şimdi sadece Uzun Çarşı'daki birkaç eski usta tarafından yaşatılıyor. Unutulmaya yüz tutmuş bir "sokak neşesi"dir.
